We study the accretion flow from a counter-rotating torus orbiting central Kerr black hole (BH). characterize properties at turning point of accreting matter torus, defined by condition $u^\phi = 0$ on torodial velocity. The and jet-like location along BH rotational axis is given. Some thickness tori energetics are studied.The maximum amount swallowed determined background properties. fast spinning depends mostly spin rather than fluids or masses. located in narrow orbital corona (spherical shell), for photons constituents, surrounding stationary limit (outer ergosurface), depending spin-mass ratio fluid initial momentum only. jet-like-flow has larger thickness, it separated closer to limit. Turning points jets independent explicitly details model. could be observable due an increase luminosity temperature. equatorial plane, where farthest attractor, narrower poles.
